Disassembly and Cleaning
We disassemble the old engine down to its smallest components—right down to every single screw.
Using cleaning equipment jointly developed with the laboratory at Sichuan University, we thoroughly remove all paint, grease, and rust, ensuring that every part is completely free of oil, water, and contaminants.

Engine Component Repair and Replacement
Our engineers will measure, inspect, and evaluate all cleaned units for tolerances and wear conditions in accordance with factory specifications.Components that can be repaired will be restored; those that cannot be repaired will be replaced using original manufacturer specifications.

Reassemble
During reassembly, we install core engine components using precision torque tools in strict accordance with original manufacturer specifications; any non-repairable parts are replaced with brand-new OEM components to ensure that every engine meets factory performance standards. We can also accommodate specific requirements if you wish to customize the engine for particular applications.

Acceptance Testing
After reassembly, every engine undergoes testing under specific conditions—such as high temperatures—to evaluate its performance limits.
Engineers record these figures to determine whether the engine meets factory standards.
Once testing is successfully completed, we will proceed to the next steps: applying primer and topcoat, and then packaging and shipping the products to the customer.
